A salon grade neutral pH conditioner, the Joul'e Herbal Anti-Oxi Conditioner will prevent creeping oxidation after a perm or colour treatment. It contains herbal extracts to cleanse the hair of all traces of neutraliser or peroxide and will help restore condition after colouring or bleaching, giving you shine and smoothness.
