Then, sweep the saturated cotton pad over your skin, avoiding the delicate under-eye area, and your lips (Don’t forget your chin and neck). Once dry, follow this with the rest of your skincare routine. For best results, use the Brightening Rosewater Toner alongside our Purifying Gel Cleanser, as this dynamic duo works overtime to give you Poko-perfect skin. You can use the Brightening Rosewater Toner in both your morning and morning routines.
